What is brain entrainment?

Brain entrainment is a technique which uses the latest sound technology to promote deep sleep. It is based on the principle that two different rhythms will synchronise with each other over time. In self-hypnosis the brain waves are able to synchronise with the music and slow in a safe and relaxing way to induce sleep.

Brain entrainment should NOT be used by those in the following groups:

  • Pregnant women
  • Those who are wear a pacemaker
  • Those who have had or are prone to seizures or are epileptic
  • Individuals who are under the influence of medication or drugs
  • Users under the age of 18
